All service fees, commissions, or payment terms will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any engagement begins. You agree to fulfill all payment obligations in a timely manner as outlined in your service agreement.

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity; misuse contact information or communication systems; or violate any applicable transportation or communications laws.

Wheels 24 works with third-party brokers, load boards, and service providers to deliver its services. We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of these third parties.

Wheels 24 is not liable for outcomes resulting from load scheduling changes or delays, broker or third-party decisions, variations in market conditions or freight availability, or disruptions caused by external systems. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Wheels 24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of Terms violations, misuse or abuse of our services, fraudulent or harmful activity, or where compliance or legal requirements demand it.
